Blind Sports SA is recognised by the South Australian Office for Recreation, Sport & Racing as the state disability sporting organisation representing people who are blind or have low vision.

BSSA is a not for profit organisation which encourages, supports and develops opportunities for blind sports participation from grassroots community level to state representation at a national level, by providing a link between the participant, the South Australian sporting community and the national body, Blind Sports Australia.
